Ecommerce Manager

Murraya is a premium Indian clothing brand known for its handblock-printed kurta sets, delicate embroideries, and modern ethnic wear. We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our online store operations and ensure smooth order processing and inventory management. If you have experience managing Shopify stores and e-commerce operations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Product Management

Manage product uploads, collections, and listings on Shopify

Update product information including images, variants, descriptions, and pricing

Ensure the website catalogue is accurate and up to date

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records across the website and warehouse

Track stock levels and update inventory after production batches arrive

Ensure correct SKU management and stock reconciliation

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Process daily orders from the website and marketplaces

Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing and dispatch

Generate shipping labels and manifests through logistics partners like Delhivery

Track shipments and help resolve delivery issues

Marketplace Management

Manage product listings and inventory across marketplaces

Ensure inventory consistency across all sales channels

Sales Tracking & Reporting

Track best-selling products and slow-moving inventory

Requirements

13 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Experience working with Shopify

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment

Experience in fashion or apparel e-commerce is a plus
