We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, Zepto, and more. The role includes P&L ownership, listing optimisation, inventory management, advertising campaigns, and strong platform relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business performance & P&L across e-commerce platforms.
• Optimise product listings, content, and SEO for maximum visibility.
• Execute and monitor platform-led advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Instamart, Blinkit, Big Basket, Flipkart).
• Oversee inventory, forecasting, and ensure high fill rates (95100%).
• Coordinate operations for timely dispatch, error-free order fulfilment, and returns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform managers & category teams.
• Lead new product launches online and manage D2C website updates.
• Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback and extract actionable insights.

Requirements:

2+ years in e-commerce management (FMCG, grocery, or snacks preferred)

Experience with Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart, Big Basket, Zepto.

Strong Excel, data analysis, and performance marketing skills
