Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Knowledge: Be a SME well versed with technical concepts of marketplace advertising and search engine optimization and help achieve project goals.
- Strategize and execute campaigns on marketplaces on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket and Blinkit, etc.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform changes and emerging tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 2-3 associates to strategize, create, execute and optimize campaigns for brands.
- Mentorship of team in terms of technical knowledge, work efficiency, communication, etc.
- Project Management: Handle internal & external projects with exceptional planning and organizational skills, ability to lead. Collaborate with cross functional teams and or third-party partners.
- Identify and address gaps in processes and systems to elevate offering, improve consistency and provide best in class delivery. Resolve project challenges through logical and analytical approach. Develop tailored strategies for various platforms, leveraging market trends and insights. Analyze data and metrics to refine strategies, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Client Servicing: Understand client requirements and translate them into project goals.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and insights.
- Lead business reviews
Primary Skills (Mandatory)
1. Strong analytical and reporting skills
2. Experience of managing multiple AMS campaigns simultaneously
3. Good working knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
4. AMS Certification
