Position Hiring: Ecommerce Key accounts Manager (National)

Family / Department: Sales / Modern Trade

Experience: 5 10 years (Ecommerce FMCG sales / Ecommerce Category is Must)

Industry: FMCG Food/ Beverage/ Dairy (Q commerce customer side - Food & Beverage, Dairy)

Reporting: KAM reports directly to Head-Modern Trade

Education: Graduate- Any Specialization.

Scope of Business:


Platform/Q-commerce Customer Management

  • Manage end-to-end front operations online Customers and backend in collaboration with RSM
  • Launch, optimize, and scale product listings across platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product content, images, pricing, keywords, and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Monitor platform policies, trends, and competitor activities.


Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales growth, conversion rates, and market share across regions with all customers
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales events
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, ROI and other relevant metrics like CAC, ROAS etc.


Digital Marketing & Optimization

  • Manage platform activations (Sponsored Ads, sponsored listings, PPC campaigns, SEM)
  • Optimize product listings for SEO and discoverability. SEO knowledge MUST
  • Improve customer experience through enhanced content, A+ pages, and content creation for cataloguing
  • Drive platform-specific campaigns, influencer activations and work spend optimization.


Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs
  • Coordinate with RSMs, Demand planning, distributor and logistics teams.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance, returns, and customer feedback.


Brand & Reputation Management

  • Maintain consistent brand positioning across all platforms with pricing, promotions
  • Manage conflict of channel management
  • Implement strategies to improve reviews and customer satisfaction
  • Work with Brand marketing team and cost control team on various activations and proposals.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV, CAC and profitability.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights
  • Use data to drive strategic decision-making, especially on regular customer negotiations etc
