Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our on-site Gurgaon team.

The ideal candidate will lead D2C growth , optimize marketplace performance , and enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms while driving strong revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Oversee daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart , and the Karwan website .
• Lead performance marketing , manage advertising budgets, and optimize ROI across Google, Meta, and Amazon Ads .
• Strengthen the brand through effective product positioning and consumer engagement .
• Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve sales, visibility, and operational performance.
• Manage inventory planning , order fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics teams.
• Identify and explore new growth opportunities across D2C and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in E-commerce Sales , D2C Management , or Brand Marketing .
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and D2C ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics dashboards, and automation platforms.
