Ecommerce Manager in Jewellery Industry

Gemx Jewellery is a growing jewellery brand known for quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Platform Manager to manage our online presence.

Job Role:

You will handle daily operations and growth of our Etsy, Alibaba, Amazon, and Shopify website , along with social media marketing .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Etsy, Alibaba, Amazon, and Shopify
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and reviews
• Plan and run promotions and sales campaigns
• Manage social media marketing and online brand visibility
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate inventory and stock levels
• Ensure platform rules and policies are followed

Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Etsy, Alibaba, Amazon, Shopify)
• Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and social media
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred:

• Experience with international shipping
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools
