Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Manager E-commerce to own and scale our online sales channels. The role will be responsible for end-to-end management of e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms , driving growth through strong execution, coordination with marketing teams, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


1. E-commerce & Quick Commerce Operations
  • Manage end-to-end operations across all E-commerce platforms and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth order flow, inventory sync, pricing accuracy, and platform hygiene.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure high service levels (fill rates, OTIF, cancellations).
2. Platform Growth & Performance
  • Own sales performance, GMV growth, and contribution margins across platforms.
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, repeat rate, and platform profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities through pricing, promotions, assortment expansion, and visibility levers.
3. Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute platform campaigns , deals, and seasonal sales.
  • Coordinate on paid ads, platform promotions, banners, and brand days.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns with correct creatives, pricing, and stock availability.
4. Cataloging & Brand Listing
  • Handle catalog creation, optimization, and maintenance across platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Manage new product launches and category expansions online.
5. Data & Reporting
  • Analyze sales reports and dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and action items.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to continuously optimize listings, pricing, and promotions.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in E-commerce operations and online sales management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and platform-led growth
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Leadership mindset with experience working across marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant hands-on experience preferred over purely theoretical knowledge
