ForMen is a fast-growing D2C mens wellness brand offering doctor-formulated products focused on intimacy, vitality, hair loss, and overall wellness. We sell across our own website and leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms.

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to own marketplace growth end-to-end, drive revenue, optimize operations, and scale performance across platforms

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Operations

  • Own end-to-end management of marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive revenue growth through listing optimization, pricing strategy, promotions, and ads.
  • Manage FBA (Amazon) / FBF (Flipkart) operations including forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning.
  • Monitor and maintain seller account health, resolve policy issues, raise tickets, and handle appeals when required.

Listing & Content Optimization

  • Lead product listing optimization: titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ / enhanced content.
  • Conduct regular keyword research to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.
  • Work with design and content teams to continuously improve creatives and PDP performance.

Performance Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and manage ads on marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
  • Coordinate with marketplace category managers for deals, visibility, and platform-led campaigns.
  • Execute promotional calendars including sales events, lightning deals, and seasonal campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics: sales, traffic, conversion, ads performance, inventory health.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Share regular performance reports and insights with leadership.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, reconciliations, and payout tracking.
  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align marketplace strategy with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Strong experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts end-to-end.
  • Proven expertise in FBA / FBF operations, inventory planning, and account health management.
  • Deep understanding of listing SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience running and optimizing marketplace ads.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C/startup environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
