E-Commerce Manager – Flipkart

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager Flipkart who will take complete ownership of our Flipkart marketplace business. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Flipkart Ads, revenue scaling, marketplace strategy, and performance optimization.

This role requires a sharp, analytical, and growth-focused professional who understands marketplace algorithms, advertising strategy, pricing, and overall account management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of Flipkart seller account performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize Flipkart Ads (PLA, Sponsored Campaigns)
• Manage ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall ad profitability
• Develop monthly and quarterly revenue growth strategies
• Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy planning
• Improve organic ranking through keyword and listing optimization
• Monitor and maintain account health metrics (ratings, returns, SLAs)
• Plan and execute platform events (Big Billion Days, seasonal sales, etc.)
• Coordinate with operations & warehouse team for inventory planning
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports using Excel
• Control ad budgets and ensure positive contribution margins
• Liaise with Flipkart account managers for growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Flipkart marketplace
• Strong hands-on experience in Flipkart Ads (mandatory)
• Proven track record of scaling revenue on Flipkart
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting dashboards)
• Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms and performance metrics
• Ability to take independent decisions and business ownership
• Experience in electronics / consumer durable category preferred
