Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Noida or Gurgaon. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily e-commerce operations, including managing listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive growth. The role also includes monitoring inventory, ensuring timely order processing, executing promotional activities, and improving customer experience through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in E-Commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry and quick commerce.
• Proven skills in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and manage promotional campaigns effectively.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to review data, track KPIs, and make informed business decisions.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with teams, negotiate with partners, and address customer concerns.
• Knowledge of the retail and consumer goods market, with a preference for experience in Ayurvedic, wellness, or kids' product categories.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
