E-Commerce Growth Specialist

What you'll do

- Drive growth across quick-commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, CRED while ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations.

- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to develop strategies that maximize business outcomes.

- Oversee and refine product listings by collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure the best-quality listings are put forward across marketplaces.

- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and growth-driving initiatives.

- Monitor and optimize inventory, pricing, promotions, customer reviews, and overall customer experience across all platforms.

- Ensure seamless order flow and effectively resolve customer escalations to maintain service excellence.

What Were Looking For:

- 25 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management; D2C experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of quick commerce models and digital sales strategies.

- Analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms efficiently.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
