We are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Manager who will own marketplace growth end-to-end from strategy and P&L to execution and optimization.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for scaling revenue, improving profitability, and building a strong digital shelf presence across marketplaces.
You will work cross-functionally with performance marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Own end-to-end P&L for marketplace channels.
- Build quarterly and annual growth roadmaps aligned with revenue and margin targets.
- Identify category expansion, assortment optimization, and new channel opportunities.
- Drive structured growth with a startup hustle and enterprise rigor.
2. Performance Marketing & Revenue Optimization
- Plan, execute, and scale advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brand Ads, Display).
- Optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and contribution margins.
- Manage budgets efficiently while balancing scale and profitability.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, pricing, and keyword strategies.
3. Listing Excellence & Digital Shelf Leadership
- Lead keyword research and SEO optimization for improved discoverability.
- Enhance A+ content, brand stores, creatives, and product storytelling.
- Maintain strong listing hygiene, ratings, and reviews management.
- Benchmark against top competitors and implement best practices.
4. Inventory, Pricing & Demand Planning
- Collaborate with supply chain and finance to ensure optimal stock coverage.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotional planning (festive sales, deal days).
- Minimize stock-outs and overstock while protecting margins.
5. Data, Reporting & Decision-Making
- Build dashboards and weekly performance reports.
- Analyze data to uncover growth levers and efficiency improvements.
- Drive structured forecasting and scenario planning.
What Were Looking For
Experience
- 26 years in e-commerce, D2C, or marketplace growth roles
- Proven track record of scaling revenue on at least one major marketplace
- Experience in a startup or high-growth brand is preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools a plus).
- Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms and advertising models.
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of unit economics
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership.

Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
