Role: E-Commerce and Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven E-Commerce Executive to support and scale Snackibles E-Commerce and Quick-Commerce vertical, the companys largest and fastest-growing business line. The role involves managing day-to-day platform operations, owning data reporting and analysis, supporting new product launches, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations across E-commerce and Quick-commerce platforms
• Maintain and update performance trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards
• Work with large datasets to track sales, pricing, visibility, and inventory metrics
• Assist in analysing platform performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Support new product launches (NPI) across platforms, including listings, content, and pricing checks
• Monitor and report Meta Ads performance and key campaign metrics
• Conduct basic competitive and market analysis to support decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure platform hygiene including listing accuracy, stock visibility, and issue resolution
• Support interns and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Bachelors graduates are welcome - this role is open to fresh graduates and early-career candidates
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory (comfort with formulas, trackers, and data handling)
• Street-smart and analytical thinker who can connect numbers to business outcomes
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
• Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and asking the right questions
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Clear communicator who can coordinate effectively across teams.
