Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive based in Lawrence Road Industrial Area, Delhi- . The E-Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and oversee account management for various online platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, implementing strategies to boost sales, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role requires multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an E-commerce Executive or in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, basic formulas)
• Experience managing product listings, pricing, inventory & order processing on marketplaces
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and at least one other platform (Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)
• Ability to analyze sales reports, margins, returns, and stock movement
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, cataloging, and backend workflows
• Good coordination skills for working with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
• Attention to detail with ability to handle large data sets and multiple SKUs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
