E-Commerce Executive

About Us:

Happy Cheeks is a growing D2C brand in the kids' segment, focused on delivering fun, safe, and thoughtful products. We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage listings and content for our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and manage product listings across marketplaces like FirstCry, Amazon, Flipkart, and our own D2C website.

Prepare compelling and accurate product content titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.

Coordinate with the design team for image updates and creatives.

Ensure listing accuracy in pricing, stock, specifications, and categories.

Keep track of listing performance and update content for SEO and visibility.

Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce product listings and content preparation.

Familiarity with e-commerce portals like FirstCry, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.

Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Basic Excel skills and comfort with working on listing panels.

Ability to manage multiple listings and updates efficiently.

Nice to Have:

Experience with image handling tools like Canva or Photoshop

Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
