Position- Ecommerce Executive-Amazon

Job Purpose

The E-commerce Executive will manage the end-to-end operational and catalog performance of the brand on Amazon, ensuring listing accuracy, stock availability, order fulfillment, and overall marketplace hygiene to support sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Operations:

• Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Ensure timely order processing, returns, refunds, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations
• Monitor seller performance metrics and account health

Catalog & Listing Management:

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and images
• Ensure pricing accuracy and resolve catalog-related issues or suppressions
• Manage variations, parent-child listings, and category compliance
• Coordinate with content/design teams for listing updates

Inventory & Supply Coordination:

• Track inventory levels and raise replenishment requirements
• Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations through regular monitoring
• Support demand planning using historical sales trends

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Track sales, traffic, conversion, and operational KPIs
• Prepare regular performance dashboards and insights
• Monitor competitor pricing and assortment for benchmarking

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
• Experience in catalog management and marketplace operations
• Good understanding of Amazon listing guidelines and compliance norms
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Any Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience in D2C or marketplace-led e-commerce will be added advantage
