E-commerce Executive – Diamond Jewellery

Manage marketplace operations (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy)

Handle Amazon FBA & Walmart WFS inventory and case management

Create and optimize diamond jewellery listings (4Cs, gold purity, sizes, certifications)

Manage inventory, orders, returns, and customer queries

Maintain and update the Shopify jewellery website

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive with 4+ years of experience in diamond jewellery to manage online operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify .

Requirements:

• 4+ years of e-commerce experience in diamond/fine jewellery
• Strong knowledge of diamond 4Cs & gold purity
• Hands-on experience with FBA/WFS and marketplace policies
• Good Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify skills
