Ecommerce Executive

About the Role

Around Always is a growing premium D2C footwear brand, and our website is a key touchpoint for brides and wedding shoppers across India and globally. Were looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our Shopify backend and other channels, ensure smooth order processing, and deliver a great customer experience from click to doorstep.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the Shopify dashboard, Whatsapp orders, Instore orders (orders, inventory, basic site updates)
• Create, update, and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs)
• Handle the complete order lifecycle including cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Provide timely customer support via calls, emails, and chat
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch and delivery tracking
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate MIS and order records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
• 1-3 years of experience in D2C or e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of product listing management and order workflows
• Clear communication skills in English & Hindi
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 2,40,000 4,00,000 per year
