Job Description
Silo Fortune builds AI-enabled products for Indian farmers across crop advisory (Kisaan Sampurna) and dairy health (Gau Sampurna).
We operate in the rapidly growing agri-tech ecosystem, a category valued at ~$10B in 2025 and projected to reach ~$30B by 2030 (Inc42), driven by accelerating digital and AI adoption across agriculture and dairy.
This role has a clear revenue mandate:
Drive product sales through e-commerce with strong RoAS discipline.
Were looking for someone who has built and scaled performance marketing inside a D2C brand and understands how to convert paid traffic into profitable revenue not just clicks to the PDP.

What youll own:
Scale Google Ads, Meta Ads & App Marketing
Build the full D2C funnel acquisition retargeting repeat purchase
Deliver profitable e-commerce revenue with strong RoAS
Set up attribution systems (GA4, pixels, cohort analysis)
Run high-velocity creative testing (hooks, landing pages, vernacular ads)

AI-First Mandate:
Were looking for an AI-native digital marketer, not a manual dashboard optimizer.
You should be able to build AI workflows that automate reporting, creative generation, campaign diagnostics, and testing cycles.

Ideal candidate

Proven track record scaling Google, Meta & app marketing
Strong grasp of RoAS, CAC, LTV & attribution
Has built performance systems from scratch

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (5 days WFO)
Compensation: Up to 24 LPA (fixed + variable) + ESOPs
