Job Title: Junior Catalogue Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Catalogue Executive to support end-to-end catalogue operations and ensure high accuracy across product listings, pricing, inventory, and UI updates. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enable smooth brand onboarding, product launches, and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, updating, and managing SKUs across internal systems (Admin/Vinculum), ensuring accuracy in product attributes, pricing, images, and taxonomy.
• Maintain catalogue hygiene through regular checks, validations, and audits to minimize listing errors.
• Support brand onboarding and go-live activities by coordinating with internal teams and following defined quality and process guidelines.
• Perform routine inventory and stock reconciliation , identifying discrepancies between system and physical stock and coordinating resolution within SLAs.
• Execute UI and content updates including banners, offer tiles, product images, and basic page changes through the Admin panel.
• Support pricing, discounts, and campaign updates , ensuring correct configuration and timely execution during sales and promotions.
• Assist in managing coupon setups (e.g., Shiprocket coupons), ensuring validity, correct application, and smooth customer experience.
• Extract operational data from internal databases and tools to support reporting and performance tracking .
• Coordinate with Brand, UI/UX, Tech, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure timely inputs, issue resolution, and smooth catalogue operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure first-time-right execution for listings, campaigns, and launches.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce catalogue operations or product listing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Basic knowledge of pricing, inventory, and SKU management .
• Comfortable working with admin panels, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience Level:

• Fresher / 02 years of experience in catalogue operations, e-commerce, or backend operations.
