Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Catalogue Executive who will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining product listings across our website and other e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on end-to-end catalog listing from receiving new designs to ensuring they are accurately uploaded, categorized, and live.

Key Responsibilities

• Create complete product listings for new designs, including:
• Product titles, descriptions, attributes, variants, and pricing
• Upload products using bulk upload files (CSV/Excel templates) on the website and other platforms
• Ensure accurate category mapping, tagging, and product classification
• Manage product images, naming conventions, and correct image placement
• Maintain listing hygiene:
• Fix errors, missing fields, incorrect tags, or upload failures
• Coordinate with internal teams to receive product details and design assets
• Ensure consistency across platforms in terms of naming, categories, and attributes
• Update existing listings when designs, prices, or details change

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce product listing and catalog management
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Bulk uploads via CSV/Excel files
• Product attributes, variants, SKUs, and categories
• Comfortable working on multiple platforms/websites
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of how product categorization impacts customer experience
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
