Were a tight, energetic team with a strong digital presence and a loyal community of parents across India. We are looking for a sharp and proactive E-commerce Associate to work closely with the Founders Office and support key growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

Track campaign performance and assist with optimization and reporting

Assist in Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify operations

Analyse data and help identify growth opportunities

Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams

Support founders with research, execution, and new initiatives

Requirement:

12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar roles

Basic experience with Meta Ads / digital marketing preferred

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Very sharp, quick learner with high ownership

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
