E-commerce Accounts and Purchase Manager

Globus Naturals is a fast-growing personal care & skincare brand, and were looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Purchase Manager to join our core team and help streamline our financial and procurement operations.

Accounts

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations (entries, ledgers, reconciliation)
• Manage GST filings, returns, and compliance
• Coordinate with CAs, vendors, and internal teams
• Track payments, receivables, COD settlements, and marketplace payouts
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L support, and expense tracking

Purchase & Inventory

• Manage vendor onboarding and purchase orders
• Track raw material, packaging, and inventory purchases
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
• Negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement
• Maintain purchase records and stock reconciliation

• 35 years experience in Accounts / Purchase / Operations
• Experience in E-commerce / FMCG / Skincare / D2C brands preferred
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting software (Tally / Zoho / similar)
• Comfortable working with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and COD models
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive

• COD & marketplace reconciliation accuracy 99%
