| Purpose | To continuously enhance alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness while raising standards of excellence across the function/s by implementing EBS tools and methodologies. |

| Bring in functional expertise and co-own the design and development of functional processes | Deficiencies in current processes and lack of processes are promptly addressed. | Internal/ external auditsfor checking adequacy of business processes. |
| Become an expert in EBS tools | Attain proficiency levels required for EBS Champions. | Complete EBS training modules as required for the role. Pickup chronic issues and proactively work with teams to solve them using EBS tools. |

| Facilitate reviews | Adherence to Review Calendar. | Prepare review calendar in consultation with functional head. Facilitate prompt closure of MOM points. |

| Ensure RCAs and CAPAs are of high standard | Maximize scores for RCAs and CAPAs in the EBSMM audit. | Training on RCA and CAPA. |
| Develop case bank for all departments | Case bank available and up to date, used for internal training. | Select relevant shining CAPAs and convert them into case studies. |
| Facilitate preparation and maintenance of documentation | Document prepared and maintained for various initiatives and continuous improvement activities. | Standardization of documentation and use of appropriate formats as required by EBS. |
