Purpose | To continuously enhance alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness while raising standards of excellence across the function/s by implementing EBS tools and methodologies. |

Facilitate preparation and maintenance of documentation | Document prepared and maintained for various initiatives and continuous improvement activities. | Standardization of documentation and use of appropriate formats as required by EBS. | |
Facilitate audits and diagnosis | Adherence to audit calendar Facilitate prompt closure of MOM points. | Collaborate with various team members for smooth conduct of audits. | |
Constantly look for opportunities to automate data collection and digitalize operations. | Improvement in % of data points that are auto captured. Automated dashboards available for EBS related metrics.
