Job Description: Corporate EBS Position:

Corporate EBS Reporting to: Operations Director, Dotted Line to Corporate EBS Head

Work Location : Coimbatore

Key Purpose of the Job: To continuously enhance alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness while raising standards of excellence across assigned function/s by facilitating implementation of EBS tools and methodologies.

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed organization

- Minimum 10 years of experience - Knowledge / experience in a business environment where TQM or other business excellence initiatives have been adopted would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Continuous improvement in EBS Maturity Score (EBSMS) - Enablers score.

2. Deficiencies in current processes and lack of processes are promptly addressed.

3. Attain proficiency levels required for an EBS resource.

4. Adherence to Training calendar Ensure all employees in the assigned function/s are minimum Level 1 certified for EBS.

5. Case bank available and up to date, used for internal training.

6. Maximize scores for RCAs and CAPAs in the EBSMM audit. Instances of reopening and reoccurrence are minimal.

7. Improvement in % of data points that are auto captured. Automated dashboards available for EBS related metrics.

8. Improvement in EBS Maturity Score.

9. Sporadic and Chronic issues are resolved in a timely manner.

10. Increased levels of adoption of advanced problem-solving tools by team members.

11. Improvement in EBS Maturity Score - Enablers Score for continuous improvement.

12. Ensure all employees in the assigned function/s are minimum Level 1 certified for EBS.

13. Enhanced internal customer satisfaction levels towards EBS
