About Ekam Early Learning Centre

Founded in February 2020, Ekam Early Learning Centre is a progressive Reggio-inspired preschool committed to nurturing curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love for learning in young children. With our flagship centre in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, and two more campuses in Nagole, Hyderabad and Yendada, Vizag, The Happy Childhood Movement has built a strong long-standing community of educators, parents and collaborators who believe in thoughtful and child-centric early education. In 2026, we expand to two new campuses in Kokapet and Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, taking our proven early years approach to more families and children.

As we begin operations at our Kokapet & Banjara Hills centre, we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educators who are deeply passionate about working with young children.

The Early Years Educator will be responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment that supports the holistic development, curiosity, and independence of every child. The role involves thoughtfully planning learning experiences, observing and documenting children's development, and building strong partnerships with parents to support each childs growth.

  • Collaborate with fellow educators to plan daily, weekly, and thematic learning experiences aligned with the schools curriculum approach.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support children with varying learning styles, interests, and abilities.
  • Encourage inquiry-based exploration and hands-on learning within the classroom.

Observation, Documentation & Communication

  • Observe children closely to understand their learning processes, interests, and developmental progress.
  • Maintain thoughtful documentation of childrens learning journeys.
  • Share regular updates with parents about their childs development and collaborate with families to support each childs growth.

Professional Growth

  • Actively engage in opportunities for professional learning and development.
  • Reflect on teaching practices and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen classroom practices and curriculum implementation.

Use of Technology

  • Use digital tools and platforms to document learning, communicate with parents, and support classroom planning.

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field (preferably Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education).
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood pedagogy.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting is preferred.
