Early Childhood Educator

Modern School Lucknow is the first IB World School in Lucknow, offering the IB Primary Years Programme (up to Grade 5) along with the ICSE and ISC curriculum for Grades 9 to 12.

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator for Grade Pre-Nursery to create a nurturing, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. The educator will plan creative activities, promote learning through play and exploration, and support each childs emotional well-being and social development. Collaboration with parents and staff is essential to ensure a balanced and supportive approach to early learning.

• Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and creativity in engaging with young children
• Bachelors degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience in Pre Primary section is preferred
