La Joie Primary Learning Habitat is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Montessori-inspired learning environment.

Role Overview

You will guide young children through their developmental milestones using authentic Montessori practices, creating a nurturing, engaging, and screen-free learning space that supports holistic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, interactive learning experiences

Support social, emotional, and cognitive development

Foster a safe, joyful, and well-organised classroom environment

Observe and support individual learning needs

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the team

Requirements

B.Ed (mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of experience

Strong understanding of early childhood development

Montessori training/experience preferred

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children

Details

Working Hours: 7 hours/day

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
