Job Summary: 

As an Early Careers Recruitment Lead within our Corporate Programs team, you will drive innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by developing robust sourcing strategies and building strong campus relationships. Working closely with business leaders, you will guide the recruiting agenda and ensure seamless integration of new hires into our programs. Job Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Design and develop robust sourcing strategies in partnership with the business.
• Outline strategic plans and present regular updates to senior management.
• Actively lead and guide the business to drive the recruiting agenda.
• Maintain and refresh school teams and business interviewers.
• Build a solid recruiting platform and market efforts internally.
• Formulate selling strategies for candidates with offers.
• Evaluate sources of hire and adjust sourcing strategies as necessary.
• Manage and maintain the campus recruiting budget.
• Develop expertise in recruiting techniques and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish annual analyst and intern hiring targets.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• MBA in Human Resources with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to translate business strategy into a recruitment agenda.
• Strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global organization.
