Key responsibilities and duties:
Teaching
Lead and teach modules related to Biomedical Sciences at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Supervise, mentor and advise students on academic related matters.
Contribute to module development and design, in addition to both teaching and assessment.
Contribute to the enhancement of students’ experience through academic advising, peer mentoring and student belonging initiatives.
Professional engagement and knowledge exchange
Work closely with academic organisations in knowledge exchange.
Build relationships with external professional and industry organisations.
Administration
Participate in and contribute to the running of activities in the Bio Medical Sciences Department by undertaking administrative duties as agreed with the associate dean
To attend relevant academic or management committees.
Undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as required.
