Job Description
*Milton is hiring for an EA TO Sales Head, Kandivali Mumbai*
Working Days - Monday - Friday.
Role : EA to Sales Head
Location : Kandivali, Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- Experience : 2 to 6 yrs.
- Experience in handling EA activities for Sales Head, CHRO, Marketing Head, MD, CEO, CFO, CHRO, C - Suite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Advance Excel) suite.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
