EA to MD

LOCATION - DUBAI

(Please note that this role is based out of Dubai, and not Bangalore. Please apply only if you can relocate to Dubai.)

About the role

We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the MD. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in calendar and travel management, maintain strict confidentiality, and be flexible to travel with the MD within the UAE and internationally as required.

What you will deliver

Manage and maintain the MDs daily calendar, meetings, and appointments with high accuracy

Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, clients, government entities, and external stakeholders

Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, visa coordination, and itineraries

Travel with the MD for business meetings, site visits, and official engagements when required

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports; take minutes and track action points

Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD

Ensure confidentiality of business and personal information at all times

Assist with day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks as assigned Key Responsibilities -

Strong calendar, scheduling, and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills in English

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Flexible with working hours, travel schedules, and last-minute changes

Qualifications & Experience -

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred

35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior management

Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred
