This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Operations (EAOps) based in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering high-level executive support. Responsibilities will include organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing comprehensive reports, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency within the organization. The role requires close collaboration with leadership and other team members.

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports effectively.
• Proven experience in providing Executive Support, including scheduling and coordination.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear interaction across different teams and levels.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in office tools and software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and comfort with technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
