Job Title: Executive Assistant to COO

Education: MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Analytics) from a reputed B-School

Role Overview

We would like to hire a high-potential Executive Assistant to the COO for our Mumbai Head Office. We are looking for MBA/PGDM graduates with 4+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, and analytics , who are keen to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to top-level decision-making, cross-functional strategy execution, and business transformation projects. The selected candidate will act as a strategic and analytical partner to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support & Business Analysis

• Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial models
• Support strategic planning and new business opportunity evaluation

2. Project & Operations Management

• Track strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Maintain progress trackers, identify bottlenecks, and ensure execution
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and monitor daily business matters

3. Executive Presentations & Communication

• Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership, board, and client reviews
• Summarize complex data into clear insights
• Track action items and ensure timely closure

4. Growth & Innovation Initiatives

• Support expansion, process improvement, and efficiency initiatives
• Assist in feasibility studies, business plans, and implementation roadmaps
• Support change management and internal communication efforts

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM from reputed B-Schools
• 4+ years experience in consulting, corporate strategy, and analytics
• Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn from senior leadership
