Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO. The EA will provide high-level executive support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, working on complaices and coordinating travel arrangements. Responsibilities include ensuring the CEOs office operates efficiently by maintaining records, preparing expense reports, and supporting both professional and administrative tasks. Effective communication and maintaining discretion are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Executive Support and Diary Management
• Experience with Expense Reports and general office coordination
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Familiarity with rural or community-centric projects is a plus
