Role Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented EA & HR Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad office. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, maintaining schedules, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, handling office management tasks, and coordinating with various team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to the leadership team, ensuring efficient workflows and streamlined processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, file management, and task prioritization
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and customer service, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
  • Proficient use of office software like Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and organizational tools
  • Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Experience in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and project management processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally, ensuring discretion and maintaining high ethical standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills for creating a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
