Hiring: E2E Testing

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Chennai

We are looking for an experienced E2E Tester to oversee and manage end-to-end testing projects in the EMEA shift. This role requires strong leadership, deep functional knowledge of capital markets, and hands-on expertise in managing complex testing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution, milestones, and reporting across one or more test projects.
• Lead and oversee Testing teamsensuring timely delivery, quality control, training, and performance management.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams.
• Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution, and reporting for multiple testing assignments.
• Prepare test artifacts: Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, and Coverage Analysis.
• Manage UAT/SIT/Regression testing cycles with full ownership.
• Identify risks/issues and escalate to senior management with mitigation plans.
• Analyze and report test results; work closely with business/technology teams to resolve findings.
• Support requirement gathering, solution design reviews, and process understanding.
• Drive continuous service improvement and support end-user demos and knowledge management.
• Lead estimation, milestone planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Support Test Coordination and Test Status Reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in project management & testing (UAT, SIT, Regression; manual & automation).
• Strong experience in Trade and Order Management Systems across instrument types (Charles River preferred).
• Solid understanding of Front-to-Back Office workflows in Capital Markets.
• Strong functional knowledge (7/10 or above) of Middle & Front Office processes.
• Mandatory experience in end-to-end UAT execution.
• Expertise in defect tracking tools like HP ALM, JIRA.
• Experience writing SQL queries for analysis and data extraction.
• Exposure to accounting platforms such as Eagle, Portia, SIMCORP (preferred).
• Experience in accounting functions: pricing, corporate actions, valuations, collateral, custody reconciliations.
• Ability to independently create project plans, charters, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working with global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and retain team members.
• Ready to roll up sleeves, adapt quickly, and work in a dynamic environment.
