Job Title: E-commerce Specialist (Marketplace & Quick Commerce)

Location: JP Nagar 6th Phase ,Bangalore

Experience: 1+ year


About the Role

Were seeking a performance-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage advertising, visibility, and growth across key marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket).

This role involves hands-on campaign execution, continuous optimization, and data-backed decision-making to drive visibility, ROI, and overall sales performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart Ads to maintain healthy ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
  • Plan and run visibility/performance campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, while tracking CTR, ROI, and offtake.
  • Analyze weekly performance metrics spends, revenue, category share, SOV and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and category teams for campaign planning, sale event preparedness, and product visibility initiatives.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images) to boost organic ranking and conversion rates.
  • Continuously monitor competition and recommend bid, budget, and strategy adjustments based on platform trends.


Requirements
  • 12 years of experience managing e-commerce advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of paidorganic interplay, category dynamics, and campaign optimization metrics.
  • Experience in FMCG or D2C categories is an added advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and platform representatives for smooth execution and visibility planning.
