Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including order fulfilment, inventory coordination, logistics tracking, RTO & NDR resolution, returns handling, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
Lead the backend functions of the e-commerce business- website and marketplace.
Manage day-to-day operations for the end-to-end lifecycle of a product in website and marketplace platforms.
Coordinate with various external and internal stakeholders of various departments to ensure turn around time for each listed activities are met.
Oversee the creation and optimization of high-quality product listings across the website and marketplaces.
Manage product uploading to ensure they meet platform standards.
Monitor account health, manage seller ratings, and handle policy compliance.
Prepare various reports for analysing and management decision making.
