Job Description

Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the successful growth and management of Viveda Essentials' line of premium organic products across Skin Care, Body Care, Hair Care, and Wellness categories. This is a highly integrated role requiring expertise in digital marketing,e-commerce sales, and brand development.


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing and Brand Management

Define and articulate the brand voice, vision, and positioning for Viveda Essentials, ensuring alignment with our core philosophy and our commitment to organic care.

Develop and manage the overall digital marketing plan, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Coordinate and collaborate with brand content creators on compelling, on-brand marketing content (copy, visuals, videos) that authentically communicates our organic certifications and the ritual-based approach to beauty and wellness.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.


2. Sales and E-commerce Strategy

Develop and execute the complete e-commerce sales strategy to drive revenue and market share for Viveda Essentials product portfolio.

Manage and optimize all aspects of the online store ensuring a seamless user experience, high conversion rates, and up-to-date product information.

Oversee product listing optimization (content, images, pricing, inventory) across the brand website and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, specialty retail sites).

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform future product development.


Qualifications

Required Experience

5-10 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or organic/Ayurvedic products industry.

Demonstrated success in launching and growing a brand/product line via online and offline channels.

Have track record in creating and coordinating impactful influencer collaborations.


Skills & Competencies

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).

A genuine passion for and understanding of organic, Ayurvedic, and clean beauty space.

Understanding of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Flipkart) and e-commerce best practices.
