Experience: 2 5 years in E-commerce Marketplace Management
About the Role
Were looking for an E-commerce Executive who can manage and grow multiple brand accounts across Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.). The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and performance-driven capable of scaling brands through organic strategies, paid ads, and optimized A+ content.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Growth & Operations
- Manage and scale brand accounts across Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Oversee product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory sync, and daily operations.
- Improve organic visibility through keyword optimization, SEO, and review management.
- Coordinate new product launches and ensure listing accuracy across all platforms.
Advertising & Performance
- Plan, run, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, Myntra promotions, and Quick Commerce ads.
- Manage budgets efficiently and analyze performance metrics like ACoS, CTR, and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and new audience testing.
- Execute platform-specific promotions, deals, and visibility campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- A+ Listings & Brand Content
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create A+ listings, brand stores, and rich media content.
- Ensure listings follow platform guidelines, reflect brand tone, and maximize conversion potential.
- Continuously test creative layouts, product titles, and copy for higher engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance data across marketplaces.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on traffic, conversions, ad spend, and sales performance.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and category analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to align marketplace performance with broader brand goals.
- Coordinate with category managers and platform partners for campaigns and events.
Requirements
- 25 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Myntra, or Quick Commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of A+ content, marketplace SEO, advertising dashboards, and analytics.
- Proven track record of scaling sales through both organic and paid growth.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brand accounts and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or Pacvue tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other D2C platforms and their integration with marketplaces.
- Understanding of marketplace trends, pricing strategies, and fulfillment models.
