Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid channels to drive sales and ROI.
* Manage and scale E-commerce website performance, focusing on traffic growth, conversions, AOV, and ROAS.
* Handle end-to-end E-commerce website management, including product uploads, collections, pricing, offers, and checkout optimization.
* Update and optimize the E-commerce website as per ongoing campaigns, including banners, landing pages, product collections, offers, and promotional messaging to ensure brand and campaign alignment.
* Optimize product feeds, catalogs, and shopping ads (Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta catalog ads).
* Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Manager, and other tools, and share actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with creative, design, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with jewelry/fashion brand aesthetics.
* Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and website elements to improve conversion rates.
* Monitor the customer journey and sales funnel, implementing retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize repeat purchases.
* Manage performance marketing budgets efficiently and ensure optimal utilization of ad spend.
* Stay updated with the latest E-commerce trends, fashion/jewelry industry insights, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
