Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience required: 4-6 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure Dynatrace APM, Infrastructure, Logs, RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring for cloud and onprem environments
Onboard and maintain monitoring for applications, servers, containers, and cloud services using observability best practices
Configure DynatraceServiceNow integrations for:
Event and alert forwarding
Incident, problem, and change enablement
CMDB population and relationship mapping
Fine-tune alerting rules, anomaly detection, and tagging to reduce noise and improve actionability
Create and maintain dashboards for operations, SRE, and business stakeholders
Support root cause analysis using Dynatrace Davis AI and observability data (metrics, logs, traces, events)
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and ITSM teams to ensure effective monitoring coverage
Provide operational support, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation and administration
Solid understanding of observability concepts (MELT framework)
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Dynatrace integration (Events, Incidents, CMDB)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and modern application architecture
Familiarity with microservices, APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred
Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across applications, infrastructure, and network layers
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
