Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM On-Premise Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Customization:
- Implement Dynamics CRM On-Premise solutions based on customer requirements.
- Customize Dynamics CRM entities, fields, forms, views, and workflows as per business needs.
- Configure security roles, teams, and business units to align with business processes.
Development & Integration:
- Develop custom plugins and workflows to meet business requirements using C# and JavaScript.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and data sources (SQL, Web Services, etc.).
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards for users.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Perform troubleshooting of CRM issues, resolving technical and functional problems.
- Provide technical support to end users and help optimize CRM performance.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of the Dynamics CRM on-premise environment.
Upgrades & Maintenance:
- Apply updates and patches to the on-premise CRM environment.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain documentation related to system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to deliver project milestones.
- Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end users.
- Engage with clients to gather and understand their CRM needs and provide solutions accordingly.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor CRM system performance and apply best practices for optimization.
- Troubleshoot performance-related issues and implement solutions for better efficiency.
Data Management:
- Perform data migrations and integrations from legacy systems into Dynamics CRM.
- Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing data cleansing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise version
- Strong knowledge of CRM customizations, including entities, fields, forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Proficiency in Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, JavaScript, and web services for integration.
- Experience with SSRS for report development.
- Experience with SSIS for Data integration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and IIS for CRM server configurations.
- Solid understanding of CRM deployment, security models, and database structures.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in sprint planning and reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience SSIS/SSRS reports /Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM migration or upgrades.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
