Job Description
· Experienced Microsoft Dynamics profile that will help design and implementation experience.
Candidate must have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong technical background.
· Expertise in Customer Service and Field Service Stream
· Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives, scope, and ensure technical feasibility.
Configure, customize, and test Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
Develop workflows, integrations, and reports to demonstrate system capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations on best practices.
Identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
Document findings and implementation.
· Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years working with Microsoft Dyna mics 365.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, workflows, integrations, and security.
Ability to valuate feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work with both technical and non-technical
Good To Have:
