This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dynamics 365 Presales Personnel, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for occasional work-from-home. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, demonstrate the Dynamics 365 platform, and propose customized solutions to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams. The role also involves providing expert consulting and ensuring a smooth transition for prospective customers to Dynamics 365.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Consulting expertise in understanding business challenges and advising on effective Dynamics 365 adoption
• Proven experience in Presales, including creating proposals and delivering product demonstrations
• Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform and its applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with other enterprise solutions or Microsoft technology offerings is a plus
