About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, customize, and integrate solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on system automation, cloud integration, and process optimization . The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, proven delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• D365 CE Customization & Development
• Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
• Extend system capabilities through tailored solutions that meet business needs.
• Azure Integration
• Develop and manage integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Dataverse .
• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange across applications.
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Drive end-to-end solution deployment using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments.
• Establish best practices for release management and environment governance.
• Performance & Security Compliance
• Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement robust security measures and monitor system health proactively.
• Collaboration & Solution Delivery
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and future-ready D365 solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development .
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) .
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Dataverse).
• Proven track record in ALM practices using Azure DevOps (CI/CD, version control, automated deployments).
• Deep understanding of system performance optimization, security, and compliance frameworks .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead solution delivery in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, or Azure .
• Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
