Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. The professional in this role will design, develop, and deploy solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and seamless system integration with other enterprise applications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal database performance and usage of CRM web services, and troubleshooting system issues to maintain optimal functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Software Development, with a strong understanding of coding, debugging, and testing applications
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Knowledge of Integration techniques, including APIs and webhooks, for connecting systems
• Familiarity with working on Databases and performing data modeling, storage, and migration
• Understanding of Web Services for seamless communication across applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
