We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , SSIS , and KingswaySoft to design, develop, customize, and integrate CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM customization, data migration, system integration, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Online/On-Premise) solutions
• Develop and customize plugins, workflows, actions, and custom entities using C# and .NET
• Create and maintain SSIS packages using KingswaySoft Integration Toolkit for data migration and integration
• Perform data migration, data synchronization, and ETL operations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Customize Forms, Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Security Roles
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs , Web Services, and integrations with third-party applications
• Implement Power Platform components including Power Automate (Flows) , Power Apps , and Power BI
• Optimize CRM performance and ensure best practices for scalability and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CRM, integrations, and data
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and QA teams
• Prepare technical documentation and provide deployment support
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 710 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Development
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft Integration Toolkit
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Strong experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources
• Experience with SQL Server , stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Security Model
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus preferred)
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience in data migration projects and large-scale CRM implementations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
